This happened in Uganda. According to twitter user @dfkm1970,  the woman who hawked handkerchiefs was being chased by the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) when she fell into the river.

When we read this news (see picture below), what came to mind is the words of the bible...

It is unthinkable that someone will deem a phone more valuable than human life. Just unthinkable. Savagery amplified. Sighs
