DAILY WORD TONIC 08/08/2017 - FAINTHEARTEDNESS = FAILURE

Abayomi G. Omotayo

Joshua 1:9 (KJV) Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

To be successful in life, I mean good, God-given success, you MUST be bold and courageous. A wise man once said 'it takes a lion heart to take your lion share'. The gateway to your glory is the pursuit of your God-given vision and this is usually ardous and daunting.

For example;
Abraham - At 75 God told him to leave certainty for uncertainty. To leave his people to a place God would show him. He didn't even know where he was going yet he left.
Gidoen -  No fainthearted person will face a mighty army with 300 men
David -  skill apart,  it took courage at 17, inexperienced in the art of war to face Goliath the giant and defeat him.

We could go on and on with examples from the scriptures.

As a redeemed of the Lord you have no excuse to be timid because
↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓
Proverbs 28:1 (KJV) The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.

Great men are men of courage. Rise up, be courageous, reach for your goals with renewed zeal and with God's promise to be with you in Joshua 1:9, there is no telling what you will achieve. Go!:

Do have a God-full day.
