So what is that factor that ensures multiplication? Thanksgiving it is!
Jeremiah 30:19 (KJV) And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.
Take a cue from Jesus Christ in the scripture below

Matthew 6:9-13 (KJV) There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many
10 And Jesus said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.
11 And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.
12 When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.
13 Therefore they gathered them together, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained over and above unto them that had eaten.
Through thanksgiving, the obviously insignificant five barely loaves and two fishes fed five thousand men satisfactorily with twelve baskets remaining!
In case you have hitherto bemoaned your fate and you see yourself as being disadvantaged due to how insignificant your life is e.g level of education, finance, social contacts/status/influence, mental capacity, family background etc. You can turn that insignificance to a fantastic reference point by simply learning to appreciate God for where you are or what you have in order to see him take you to where you are going or get what you desire.
