Governor Amosun rescues Ms Idiat Babalola from mob attack

Background

• At the funeral of Senator Isiaka Adeleke, the mob went irate because of the presence of Ms Idiat Babalola who according to rumours/hearsay she has been pencilled down as the running mate to an 'anointed' candidate for next year's governorship election. The deceased is also believed to be interested in being the governor again. 
• She was seated under the same canopy with Governors Ibikunle Amosun and Rotimi Akeredolu, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola and Deji Adeleke who is the younger brother of the deceased. 
• When the appeal for calm fell on deaf hears, the Knight in Shinning Armour himself, Gov. Amosun came to the rescue
