Background

- His Chief of Army Staff, Bamaiyi claims in his revelational album during its launch that Abacha did not loot the country's fund just in case you didn't know.
- Instead, Abacha decided to keep these monies in places where they could easily be accessed. Hear him; “What I know is that we sat down and agreed that the monies should be kept in a place so that we can have access to them. I don’t know if something else happened after that period.”
Our take on the matter

- Swiss banks are more easily accessible than the CBN? This is what the general wants us to believe. That these monies were moved from the nation's treasury to far away lands in Europe, Switzerland, United States of America etc so that Nigeria can easily access this money.
